I’d like more on the people besides the great Spencer Coxe who played a role in starting the Pennsylvania CLU, and how that fit in with the Phila.branch.
In the 60s Phila branch did much to reform the city justice system. Right out of high school I worked with Spencer on a survey of the Phila Magistrates Courts. Some reform followed.
